The 4 panels in the Figure show the changes in coagulation parameters associated with increasing plasma concentrations of dabigatran. The Figure shows that the correlations of these coagulation parameters with the serum concentrations of dabigatran are very close, both in the sense that they are virtually all linear and in that the variance from the mean is small.[105]
In other words, for dabigatran, if we know the concentration, we know the anticoagulation effect.
