Dabigatran Etexilate

The Figure illustrates the close association between dose and the serum concentration – the relationship between the administered dose of dabigatran and the resulting plasma levels is virtually linear.[105]
 In addition, the association of serum concentration to anticoagulant effect is also very close, and it is these close associations that explain why no anticoagulant monitoring test is needed during therapy.
