Definition of BCG Failure
FIG. 21: The previous Figures show that it is very important that the definition of BCG failure includes a clear definition of adequate prior BCG therapy.[20] This must include BCG induction of 6 weeks plus at least one maintenance BCG course of 3 weeks and should occur at the 6-month time point after the diagnosis of high-risk tumor.
