Recurrence-free Survival

FIG. 14:  In the study mentioned in the previous Figure,[12] maintenance therapy had a clear benefit for decreasing recurrences and increasing length of recurrence-free survival in patients with NMI bladder cancer.  This is important, because there is a discussion worldwide about whether BCG has the same effects in different patient populations using different protocols of BCG immunotherapy.
