Rader - Figure 9 - Duplicate efflux capacities are correlated

In the larger angiographic coronary disease study, all assays were performed in duplicate, as a measure of whether the efflux capacity assay from a person with “clean” arteries or from one with atherosclerotic arteries was reliably obtaining a consistent value from each individual. In the Figure the X-axis is duplicate number one, the Y-axis is duplicate number two, and the R value is 0.95, thus demonstrating that there was a very strong correlation of the duplicates and attesting again to the robustness of our serum efflux capacity assay.
