cytology and HPV testing in the study arm:

• HPV testing is more sensitive for CIN 2 or worse (i.e., CIN2+), lesions than ASC-US or worse (i.e., ASC-US+)
  using liquid-based cytology. 
• With very similar specificity when CIN 2+ or CIN 3+ are used as endpoints.

Therefore, adding HPV testing in screening really improved clinical sensitivity significantly.
